We had the best experience in this hotel, amazed with what’s provided for the customers. It’s very close to Tennoji station, a couple of minutes walk from the North exit (turn right). The room we stayed is small but very functional, toilet and bathroom are separated. We enjoyed the access to the lounge, it’s free with all sorts of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. Hotel gave us the coupons which we used to upgrade our room. They also gave us the tickets for afternoon tea everyday. There’s free ramen everyday from 8-10pm as well. We were also impressed with the variety of the amenities, there are so many things that you can choose. All of these which really show their care for the customers. We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

This was our best hotel during this travel! The building seems a bit outdated from the outside, though inside is a paradise. We had a small room, even though this was the most Japanese experience we had (comparing to the standard business hotels). Bathroom and toiler were separated. Many many amenities we received and we could take from the lobby, free laundry (detergent provided). And the best of all - not only that we've received many vouchers and we bought two dinners, we had amazing Tea service, free all you can drink, free simple ramen, etc. We were amazed and we're hoping to come back next time!

We enjoyed being able to easily get around using the nearby station and waking to the nearby park and Shinsekai area. A big surprise was all of the amenities the hotel provided. Being an American, we are skeptical of items being offered in rooms as they usually charge extra fees. Here, many items are free or included with coupons in the room price. The staff did their best to help us when needed, even with limited English speaking (we understand very minimal Japanese words and phrases- our own fault). I truly appreciated their effort!

We stayed for two nights and were given 8,000 yen worth of vouchers to spend on things in the hotel. We used them to pay for breakfast. We also got two afternoon tea vouchers which meant we could have a free afternoon tea for both of us on two days. In addition, there are unlimited free alcoholic drinks, snacks, access to a games room, laundry and an amenities station.

Location is excellent as it is only a couple minutes walk to the JR/subway station and there are several shopping malls within the area. The hotel also provides lots of free food/entertainment such as afternoon tea, late night ramen and gaming area. Overall a wonderful experience to stay here.
